Sierra Climate Tech

Business Problem
Sierra Climate Tech needed a clearer way to present highly technical HVAC products to contractors, distributors, and customers. Buyers needed to understand product capabilities, request quotes, access documentation, and eventually interact with account-based workflows such as invoices, vendor pricing, and customer-specific support.
What I Built
Led the digital and technical workflow side of the business by building the public-facing website, structuring product and support content, and designing quote/contact workflows around how real customers evaluate condensing units. I also planned future customer portal functionality, including account-based pricing, invoice access, quote requests, and Odoo integration to connect the website with internal operations.

AI Scout

Business Problem
The AI tools space was fragmented and hard to navigate. Builders and decision-makers needed a structured, reviewable directory of AI products with community trust signals.
What I Built
Built fullstack product workflows across the user and admin experience, including AI tool submissions, admin dashboard functionality, review displays, user dashboard sections, and database-backed UI logic. The project gave me hands-on experience turning a product idea into working frontend screens, backend routes, and data-driven workflows.

Business Problem
Marketing teams needed visibility into influencer campaign performance across Facebook and Instagram but existing tools were expensive and hard to customize.
What I Built
Built the frontend and fullstack layer: interactive analytics dashboards, c3.js chart integrations, Facebook/Instagram API pipelines, and a Node.js backend powering real-time data views.

Business Problem
Farmers needed better visibility into field conditions, water usage, and crop-related data, but many existing monitoring tools were expensive, difficult to deploy, or not designed around the day-to-day realities of smaller agricultural operations.
What I Built
Worked in a founder/operator role across customer discovery, technical prototyping, and product direction. I helped build and test IoT sensor concepts for agriculture, including flow, GPS, and soil moisture sensing, while gathering feedback from farmers to understand real operational pain points. This required translating field problems into technical prototypes and explaining hardware/software tradeoffs in practical business terms.

Indfoss Refrigeration

Business Problem
Indfoss needed a professional online presence for its commercial HVAC and refrigeration services. The business needed to communicate emergency service, service areas, and equipment expertise while making it easy for customers to call directly from mobile or desktop.
What I Built
Designed and developed a phone-first marketing site for a Bay Area commercial HVAC and refrigeration company, including service sections, maintenance messaging, trust/credentials content, and mobile click-to-call CTAs. Also handled Vercel deployment, custom domain setup through Squarespace DNS, and SEO-ready page structure and metadata.
